- All the houses are all ideally situated for easy & quick access (less than 10 mins) to the City Centre, Mutley Plain, the Railway Station, Bus Routes (for University College of Marjons) & all the Central University of Plymouth & other College Campuses.
- Each year we re-invest in our houses to ensure the standards remain high.
- This includes regular painting of rooms, keeping furniture up to date, replacing mattresses regularly, updating kitchens & bathrooms & keeping the outside of the house looking good.
- We also use a cleaner for a regular clean of all the communal areas & a gardener throughout the year to keep on top of the outside areas.
- All houses have an annual check by Plymouth University and we are always Graded “A “.
